Eggetoddi med whisky
Ingredients
6 eggeplommer
3 dl sukker
2 ts vaniljesukker
½ ts malt kanel
4 dl whisky
Instructions
(4 glass) Bland eggeplommene, sukkeret og krydderet i en mikser til innholdet blir som en luftig krem. Varm whiskyen forsiktig i en kasserolle. Tilsett eggekremen under visping. La stå og trekke til toddien tykner og begynner å stige i kasserollen. Hell så over i forvarmede, varmebestandige glass eller krus og server med det samme.
