3 cl nypresset sitronsaft
1 skiver finhakket slangeagurk
1 hakket sjalottløk, kun den hvite delen
1 presset hvitløkfedd
1/8 ts oregano
3-5 dråper tabasco
nykvernet svart pepper etter smak
salt etter smak
hel skive slangeagurk
avocadoskive
Instructions
Alle ingrediensene unntatt hel agurkskive og avocadoskive kjøres i en mikser med knust is til blandingen er glatt. Serveres i avkjølt collinsglass. Pyntet med agurk og avocado.
