Ingredients
1 liter hvitvinseddik
2 kg bringebær
700 g sukker
Instructions
Hell eddiken over halvparten av bringebærene og knus bærene med en tresleiv. Dekk blandingen med et klede og la den stå i to dager. Sil blandingen over resten av bærene, knus med sleiv og la den stå i to dager til. Sil blandingen igjen over i en kjele, tilsett sukker og rør over svak varme til sukkeret er helt oppløst. Sil saften og fyll på flasker. Lagres i en måned før bruk. Bruk denne som en drikk, blandet enten med vann eller farris. Eller bruk den til saus til iskrem.
