Fizz med sitron og ingefær
Ingredients
2,5 cm fersk ingefær
1 dl kokende vann
1 ts klar honning
1 dl nypresset sitronsaft
isbiter
1 1/2 dl mineralvann med kullsyre
sitronskive til pynt
Instructions
Skrell ingefær og skjær i skiver. Legg i ildfast krus og hell kokende vann over. La trekke i 10 minutter, ta ut ingefæren og avkjøl. Bland deretter i honning og sitronsaft. Helles i glass med isbiter og serveres. Pynt med sitronskive.
