Brazilian Chocolate
Ingredients
30 g mørk kokesjokolade
60 g sukker
klype salt
24 cl kokende vann
24 cl varm half-and-half
36 cl varm, sterk kaffe
3-5 dråper vaniljeessens
½ ts malt kanel
Instructions
Sjokolade, sukker og salt smeltes i en mikrobølgeovn eller i et vannbad. Rør inn kokende vann mens blandingen fortsatt varmes opp i vannbad, til blandingen er varm og godt blandet. Tilsett varm half-and-half og kaffe. Røres godt. Tilsett vaniljeessens og kanel. Serveres i oppvarmede kaffekrus.
