Chocolate Mexicana
Ingredients
50 g mørk sjokolade i biter
5 dl melk
1 ts vaniljesukker
2 ss sukker
1 ts malt kanel
Instructions
Smelt sjokoladen på svak varme i litt av melken i en kasserolle. Tilsett sukker, vaniljesukker og kanel og bland godt. Visp inn resten av melken, litt om gangen. Varm opp til kokepunktet under omrøring.
Kjør drikken i hurtigmikser til den skummer, eller bruk stavmikser.
Server straks. Pynt gjerne med en lang kanelstang.
