6 cl hvit curacao
96 cl varm, svart kaffe
2 kanelstenger
12 hele nellikspiker
skallet av 2 sitroner skåret i smale strimler
skallet av 2 appelsiner skåret i smale strimler
4 sukkerbiter
Instructions
Kanelstenger, nellikspiker, fruktskall og sukker knuses i bunnen av en stor punsjbolle. Rør inn konjakk og Curacao. Blandingen tennes på og varm kaffe tilsettes gradvis under omrøring, til flammene slukner. Serveres i varme kaffekrus.
