Absint Cocktail
Ingredients
5 cl absint
1 barskje sukker
5 cl mineralvann uten kullsyre
Instructions
Hell absinten i et old fashioned-glass. Dypp barskjeen med sukkeret i absinten, og sørg for at sukkeret blir gjennomfuktet. Sett fyr på sukkeret og hold det over glasset til det begynner å bli karamellisert. Slipp sukkerblandingen ned i glasset. Hvis drinken begynner å brenne, rør godt om helt til sukkeret er helt oppløst. Tilsett mineralvann etter behag, rør nok en gang og server.
