Bloody oyster
Ingredients
8 østers
2 dl tomatjuice
2 dl vodka
nykvernet svart pepper
4-5 dråper tabasco
2 dråper worcertershiresaus
1/4 ts sellerisalt
1 sitronbåt
2 ts finrevet pepperrot
stangselleri
isbiter
Instructions
Bruk fire glass. Ha to østers og en halv teskje revet pepperrot i hvert av glassene. Skrell stangselleri og del selleriene i to på langs, slik at de blir assende å bruke som rørepinner, og sett dem i glassene. Sett glassene i kjøleskapet. Bland alt det andre i en mugge, og sil gjerne med tesil over i glassene. En spesiell vri på den klassiske drinken Bloody Mary.
