Ingredients
3 limebåter
fint havsalt
isbiter
1 ¼ del gyllen tequila
½ del Cointreau
¾ del frisk limejuice
¾ del tranebærsaft
limebåt til pynt
¾ del Grand Marnier
Instructions
Fukt kanten av et lavt glass med en av limebåtene, dypp kanten i fint havsalt og fyll glasset med isbiter. Hell tequila, Cointreau, limejuice og tranebærsaft i en cocktailshaker. Press saften fra de to gjenværende limebåtene i shakeren, press også skallet for å frigjøre olje. Slipp båtene opp i shakeren. Tilsett 4-5 isbiter og rist kraftig i 10 sekunder. Sil så drinken over i glasset. Ha Grand Marnier i et drammeglass og server ved siden av. Dette skal helles opp i drinken like før den drikkes.
