Cobalt Margarita
Ingredients
1 limebåt
fint havsalt
1 ¼ del tequila
2 ts Cointreau
½ del blå Curacao
¾ del frisk limejuice
¾ del frisk grapefruktjuice
4-5 isbiter
spiral av limeskall til pynt
Instructions
Fukt kanten av et avkjølt cocktailglass med en limebåt. Dypp så kanten i fint havsalt. Hell tequila, Cointreau, blå Curacao, limejuice og grapefruktjuice i en cocktailshaker. Tilsett isbitene og rist kraftig I 10 sekunder, sil så over i cocktailglass. Pynt med spiral av limeskall.
