Irish Coffee
Ingredients
3 cl irsk whisky
12 cl svart kaffe
1 ts brunsukker
fløtekrem
Instructions
Legg brunsukkeret i bunnen av glasset hell deretter over kaffe til glasset er 2/3 fullt. Rør ut brunsukkeret i kaffen, og hell i Whiskyen. Legg på et lokk av krem og nyt!
Å putte sugerør i denne drinken er en uvane! Den skal fortrinnsvis drikkes gjennom skumlokket. Det er også sannsynlig at den "oprinnelige" Irish Coffee ble lagd med vanlig "hvitt" sukker...
