Galliano hot shot
Ingredients
2 cl galliano
2 cl kaffe
fløte
Instructions
En liten galliano hot shot er et populært alternativ til den noe større Irish Coffee. Galliano likør stammer fra 1896 og er fremstilt av 80 forskjellige urter, hvor søtlig vaniljesmak og anis er fremtredende. Den italienske likøren omtales også som ”det flytende gull” på grunn av den gylne fargen. Galliano helles over i et glass, før man forsiktig heller kaffe i glasset over baksiden av en skje slik at kaffen legger seg oppå likøren. Til slutt topper man kaffen med lettpisket fløte.
