Ingredients
3 dl vann
3 dl fløte
2 ss kaffepulver
2 ss kakaopulver
3 egg eggeplommer
5 ss sukker
2 dl 60% sprit
Instructions
Kok opp vann, fløte, kaffe og kakao. Visp sammen eggeplommer og sukker. Spe den varme væsken i eggeblandingen under kraftig røring. Hell alt tilbake i kjelen og kok forsiktig opp under røring til likøren begynner å tykne. Avkjøl og bland i spriten. Fordel likøren på flasker og oppbevar dem kjølig. Likøren er holdbar i flere måneder.
