Coffee Grog
Ingredients
2 ss smør
250 g sukker
1 klype salt
1/8 ts malt kanel
1/8 ts revet muskatt
1/8 ts malt nellikspiker
strimler av appelsinskall
strimler av sitronskall
rom
fløte
varm kaffe
Instructions
Rør smøret skummaktig og tilsett sukker porsjonsvis. Bland dette med saltet og krydderet. Denne blandingen kan oppbevares i lukket kar i kjøleskapet en ganske lang tid. Groggen lager du ved å blande 1 ts av krydderblandingen, 1 strimmel appelsin- og 1 strimmel sitronskall, 3 ss rom og 2 ss fløte i en mugge eller høyt glass og fyll opp med meget varm kaffe. Rør om og server.
